Terms of service
Last updated: 21 October 2026
These terms apply to anyone who uses Topo, whether within an agency or as an agency's client. By using Topo, you accept them.
1. The service
Topo is published by Camelidae Group SRL (alpaga agency), Rue d'Havré 140, 7000 Mons, Belgium, BE 0500.585.029. It lets an agency:
- split a project into phases, with their dates, their deliverables and what it expects from the client;
- share each phase with its client and discuss it with them;
- collect the client's approval before moving on to the next phase.
2. Accounts
- Agency members sign in with a personal account. Everyone keeps their access to themselves and warns the agency if they have any doubt about their account's security.
- Clients access Topo through a personal link or a code received by email. This link must not be passed on: it identifies the person who comments and approves.
- The agency decides whom it invites, who may approve, and can disable access at any time.
3. Content
- Texts, files and deliverables uploaded to Topo remain the property of those who created them or their rights holders. Camelidae Group claims no rights over them and only uses them to run the service.
- The agency and its client guarantee that they have the right to use the content they upload (copyright, image rights, trademarks).
4. Approving a phase
- An approval given in Topo is the client's agreement to the phase as it was submitted. Before approving, the client reads a notice about the phase's invoicing and the consequences of going back, and ticks a box to confirm. Topo keeps the date, time, author and text of this notice.
- An approved phase can be reopened at the client's request. The agency then proposes an extra charge and a new deadline, which the client accepts or declines in Topo.
- Topo tells the agency which amounts to invoice. Prices, payment terms and invoices are governed by the contract between the agency and its client, and by the agency's invoicing software.
5. Availability
We do our best to keep Topo available and its data backed up. Interruptions remain possible, in particular for maintenance.
6. Liability
Topo is a work tool. Camelidae Group cannot be held liable for indirect damage (loss of revenue or reputation) related to its use. For client agencies, Camelidae Group's liability is limited to the amounts paid for Topo over the last twelve months, except in case of gross or intentional misconduct.
7. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
8. End of use
An agency can stop using Topo at any time and ask for its data to be exported or erased. Camelidae Group can suspend access in case of use contrary to these terms or to the law, after warning the agency except in an emergency.
9. Changes
These terms may change. The update date is shown at the top of the page. In case of a significant change, agencies are notified by email.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, and failing an amicable agreement, the courts of the judicial district of Hainaut, Mons division, have jurisdiction.
